CRM Data Quality and Integrity Standardization Specialist

Job Summary:

The Data Quality and Integrity Standardization Specialist maintains technical applications, data standardization and data integrity for GMF’s headquarters and international offices. This position will be part of the IT department and will report directly to the Deputy Director, Enterprise Applications, and IT. They will be responsible for the data integrity of all GMF’s Enterprise Applications by monitoring, cleansing, and updating data in so forth, decreasing duplication, errors, and incomplete data in order to increase efficiency in fundraising, event management and overall database compliance and health.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • The Data Quality and Integrity Standardization Specialist will be responsible for managing the data quality within all GMF Enterprise Applications that include: routine reporting, cleansing, and de-duplication
  • Maintain quality expectations and enforcing standards and best practices for the CRM, databases, file storages, SharePoint and the GMF Intranet
  • Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries, and schedule data analysis reports
  • Enter and validate accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, and any other CRM information
  • Ensure GMF’s fellowships application data meets data standardization in preparation for imports
  • Perform daily maintenance and project-based tasks, including resolving data issues, running data quality searches taking additional external research steps as needed on all Enterprise Platforms
  • Monitor and approve users’ new and amended contact records to ensure data quality
  • Ensure GRPR compliance and email consents of all GMF Enterprise platforms
  • Coordinate performance metrics, including understanding of mitigating bounce and spam blocks
  • Conduct thorough research on a wide range of data points and communicate findings through standard reports
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking key metrics
  • Interact and assist programs with data input supporting our CRM and applications software, provide regular updates on project status/completion
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data quality processes, training, and reference materials
  • Provide additional support to Enterprise Application Specialist roles

Knowledge and Skills Needed:

  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills; must be creative, organized, committed and responsible.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of CRM experience is preferred.
  • Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $60,953 - $76,192
